Yulia is known for her warm and welcoming demeanor in gently guiding her clients through the process of self-discovery and improvement. She is effective in working with clients with a variety of needs, including back and neck pain, sciatica, TMJ, neurological disorders, post-surgery rehab, balance issues and many more. Yulia also works with children with Special Needs and can help improving such conditions as Cerebral Palsy, physical and develpmental delays and many others. She brings to her Feldenkrais teaching the unique background of over 15 years of movement education. Yulia completed 4-year Feldenkrais Professional Training and has also been studying in Advanced Mentoring program focusing on working with children with Sheryl Field of The Field Center in NYC. Yulia is a member of Feldenkrais Guild of North America.

Feldenkrais Method helps to improve posture, coordination, and flexibility. More importantly, the Method shines light on patterns of inefficient movement, alleviates pain, and improves restricted functions. Based on the innate ability of our brain to change and seek most optimal ways of functioning, the Feldenkrais Method enables people to live without pain, move with pleasure, and avoid usual problems associated with aging or sedentary life style. It also helps athletes and dancers improve their performance.
The Method is named after the distinguished scientist and educator Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 - 1984). Dr. Feldenkrais earned his doctorate in Physics at the Sorbonne and was the first European to earn a black belt in the martial art of judo. After suffering a serious knee injury and not having viable conventional treatment, Feldenkrais embarked on exploring new relationships between the mind and body to improve body functioning. It took him 40 years to create what is now know as The Feldenkrais Method.
