Whether you are looking to relieve stiffness after a day of sitting or are suffering from a debilitating diagnosis, Feldenkrais Method can give you tools to feel and live life better. Every week, we'll work on the ability to bring your whole self into a function or action that you use in your daily life. We'll do a variety of gentle movements that include the whole body. You will work on getting more aware of your body and integrate more parts of you in action. The benefits will be many: improved balance, flexibility, and strength, as well as stress relief and relaxation.
