Optimal Health membership program

  • Class duration: 1 hour
  • Days and Time: Tuesdays at 5:30 pm, Thursdays at 5:30 pm, Fridays at 3:30 pm, Saturdays at 1:30pm
  • Location: Zoom
  • Price: $25/weekly for 4 classes (take one or all).

This comprehensive online program will include 4 weekly Feldenkrais lessons to help you improve how you feel and move each day. It will not only address physical difficulties, but will help you to quiet down the nervous system, alleviate anxiety, and feel calmer. The classes are offered on Zoom (free app) and allow for Yulia to see you and provide the feedback during the class, as she would do in a live classes.

Class schedule:

Tuesdays, 5:30 pm EST - Freedom to see and move (focus on neck and shoulders)

Thursdays, 5;30 pm EST - Pelvic power (focus on pelvic floor)

Fridays, 3:30 pm EST - Supported back (focus on back comfort)

Saturdays, 1:30 pm EST - Balanced and strong (focus on balance and walking)

  • Rediscover balance and safety of your younger self. In this gentle movement class based on Feldenkrais Method you will be improving balance, flexibility and comfort. The exercises featured in the class are stress-free and can reduce pain and stiffness, help reduce the symptoms of arthritis and aide in recovery from injury.

    General tips for class attendees:

    • Each class features a different Awareness Through Movement routine.
    • Feldenkrais classes are relaxing and non-competitive. No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes. Mats are provided.
    • Classes are one hour long. It’s important to be there from the beginning, so please arrive a few minutes early.
    • What to expect: The teacher provides verbal guidance as participants explore a sequence of gentle movements and pay attention to their own sensations. As a result, you are more aware of your body, learn more efficient way to move, and release tension and pain.
