So many of us suffer from neck pain or stiffness after long hours at the computer. The discomfort is often connected to the loss of mobility of your chest and rib cage. In this 4-class Feldenkrais series, you will discover how the neck, shoulders and chest can work together to bring relief from pain and stiffness. Cost: $55/series. No drop ins or make ups allowed. The instructor will send individual homework if you notify her about a missed class in advance.
